Precision machining is a mechanical manufacturing technique leading to the realization of complex and high-quality parts. This method implies material removal from raw materials to obtain finished parts with high dimensional and geometrical precision.

Duperrier Industrie is specialized in numerical control precision machining. Our expertise allows us to obtain parts meeting specific customers' requirements, while respecting hundredths level precision.
We possess recent and modern machineries from 5 axes turning until 5 axes milling and we dispose of finishing tools, like the GMT 35 vibratory finishing machine, and of various inspection means.
We are also equipped with computer systems that enable us to control every step of the parts production so that we can adapt to our customers' needs the best way.

STUDYING OF YOUR PROJECTS/
ENGINEERING OFFICE:
To stay in a partnership approach with our customers, we try to share with you the adequate advice et we are able to study your plans or any type of 3D/CAD file in order to adapt them to our manufacturing processes.
MATERIAL
STORAGE
We can put at the disposal of our customers dedicated material storage zones in our warehouse, for you to have a remote stock and therefore reduce material transport costs and times to obtain parts.

MANAGEMENT
Following the technical criteria of our customers' parts, we can handle the surface treatment subcontracting in order to offer a continuous service and to permit manufacturing time optimization.
TURNING
We dispose of a wide range of lathes allowing us to process different diameters and lengths parts, with high precision. We can therefore produce parts from Ø12 to Ø500, with the capacity to process bar diameters up to 102 mm. We also have 5 axis turning centers that enable us to manufacture complex, high precision parts in a single operation.

MILLING
We dispose of modern 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling machines, capable of machining parts up to 3 meters long, with a maximum height of 800 mm and a maximum diameter of 800 mm. These machines enable us to manufacture parts with high precision and a quality finish.

ELECTROEROSION
We dispose of a ROBOCUT wire-cutting machine that enables us to realize fine cuts.

FINISHING
We use classical polish technics to obtain perfect finish on our parts. We dispose of a GMT 35 vibratory finishing machine that enable us to obtain smooth and shining surfaces, removing burrs and irregularities.
